The last day of summer before school starts.
And the weather ain't that great today,
so they kept themselves entertained with domino's this afternoon.
And tonight is a special dinner out with daddy!

Let the potty-training begin.
Ugh.
It was a group effort tonight trying to get KK to pee on the potty.
She sat on it for an hour and a half, and....
nothing.
Oh, help me.
I can tell this one is not going to be easy.

It was the perfect night, and I am so sad that summer is coming to an end.
It's hard to believe that school starts in a couple days and our lazy summer days
will be over.
We love summer!

Payton's two front teeth have been super wiggly and she FINALLY
lost one today!
Now she looks like Nanny McPhee...
heehee!
(I'll miss her little baby teeth! She's officially getting old. *sniff*)

Every now and then I see catch little glimpses of how KK is growing up.
Like this one...
just sitting quietly on her own, coloring a picture.
Not just scribbling and walking away a minute later,
but actually sitting and entertaining herself for a good while.
And with her left hand, too.
